I am an Exit Planning Advisor, which can mean many different things. A broad spectrum of professionals work in the exit planning area.
To clarify better what I do, I like to use the home staging analogy. Many homeowners hire home staging professionals before they list their homes for sale.

You can exchange the word home with business to better understand what I do. In technical terms, I do sell-side due diligence and MORE working with business CEOs and owners.
It’s a LOT MORE than staging, but you get the idea.
The best time to begin preparing is NOW. By preparing early, the business owner can maximize the value of their business and possibly their most significant financial asset. This asset can be used for retirement or other investments.
